We are very excited to be rolling out our new registration system. Please click on the link below. You will need to register every member of your family (adults included, as we have adult classes). After you have filled out the family registration form you will be able to search for and add classes. Please review our payment policy below.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT POLICY INFORMATION
An annual registration fee of $25/family in included in your registration fees. This annual registration fee will allow you to enroll in as many classes and for as many individuals of your family. This fee is sometimes not covered by charter schools. You many enroll in our semester and year-long classes. Semester fees are to be made by credit card or purchase order by the dates specified below. If a purchase order cannot be made by the indicated dates, you may make the payment with a credit card. For late registration, payment or purchase order must be received in full prior to the first day of class.

CHARTER SCHOOL INSTRUCTIONAL FUNDS
*For families using charter funds, a screenshot of the requested purchase order (PO) is due ASAP (For Fall Semester, this is due Aug. 3rd, when PO's can be made for the upcoming year) via this link.
Sage Oak Charter School will only pay for student instructional fees (no registration fees).
DROP FEES:
FALL
From May through July 31st: 100% refundable (minus the registration fees)
From Aug 1st through August 13th: 25% nonrefundable/student
From August 14th through September 30th: 50% nonrefundable/student
From October 1st through October 31st: 75% nonrefundable/student
After October 31st: No refunds
If you are paying with charter funds and some or all the fees are not paid for by your charter for any reason, families are responsible for paying any outstanding balance. If a family leaves a charter school they are responsible for informing us and arranging payment for the outstanding balance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the family registration and they will be denied access to future classes.
