Meetings Omit major holidays
A unit study works by capturing a child's attention and helping them understand the pieces of the whole as they fit together. Join us in this weekly day program as we explore various Cycles through the lens of Science, Social Studies and the Art outdoors in nature.
Every week, students will be covering 3 subjects and will rotate between 3 teachers.

These days, it's hard to give kids a simple childhood anymore. We are grateful to Art & Wilderness Institute for giving a place where my son can learn, grow, and develop in a way a young child should be able to. The Art & Wilderness Instructors create an environment where the best and most beautiful natural qualities of a child can develop and thrive -- a connection to the natural world around us, an appreciation and respect for community, and an excitement to learn without being stifled. I trust the instructors with playing such a powerful role in my son's childhood, and am continually impressed with how much attention they put toward understanding children and helping different personalities and learning styles flourish.
