Farah Ashraf
PTO Member
Farah Ashraf is a non-native species to California. Her roots strengthened with Art and Wilderness where she helps wherever she is needed.  She is fond of all things nature, healing, and art. Her degree is in Linguistics from California State University, Fullerton. She has four energetic kids. And she loves chocolate milk.

Kiirston Valverde
PTO Member

Kiirston Valverde, born in U.S.V.I. is an island girl at heart. She is passionate about her family, being in nature, and painting. 
She makes natural skincare products for her business Sugar’d. She is excited to make a positive impact with Art and Wilderness!

Join our PTO if you would like to make a difference through community building and programming at AWI!  The PTO team has a very flexible, supportive, positive atmosphere! We all have different time commitments but we tag team to help with AWI events and support the team as a whole.

Selling t-shirts, putting events on for the community and teacher appreciation are just some of the things we can do together. We share resources and meet monthly to discuss ideas on ways to support the AWI values: Explore. Connect. Create. Grow.
