Hey Community!
Now is your chance to get your art on our
t-shirt. Try your hand at designing a PLANT KINGDOM themed t-shirt. Anything and everything to do with plants.
Who can participate? Any students, adults or children, or parents of students, or siblings of students, or relatives of students.. Anyone in our AWI community who would like to participate is welcome of any age!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Design your T-shirt as a 8.5x11" size or larger and save as a .png or .pdf in 300 dpi resolution or higher.
2. The design must have thick enough lines to show up well on a t-shirt.
3. Design MUST be in black and white with NO COLOR.
4. Design MUST be original and not taken from any other artists.
5. Teams are allowed to work together on a design but if the entry is chosen as a win, then the team will split the cash prize.

Example of a format that won't be accepted (Even though this barn owl is beautiful, the shading makes it hard to print on a t-shirt) ** The theme this year is PLANTS, not birds. These are just examples of the line work.:
